
Installation and Integration ServicesOur experienced team has countless hours working with the retail industry’s unique requirements and demands. As such, our team can configure and integrate existing Ethernet/IP enabled systems with the SecureConnect® network giving you control and security of your existing applications. We offer two options to fit your needs and budget - on-site and remote installation. Our on-site service includes a BHI expert technician installing and configuring the SecureConnect appliance at each store location. With on-site services, BHI Advanced Internet will provide the initial 50 feet of cable, test the DSL or phone circuit, configure all PCI compliance solutions, set up Wi-Fi (if applicable), test backup dial and backup wireless (if applicable), and configure the computer workstation. On-site also includes testing and removing of viruses and Spyware already loaded onto any of the on-site computers. The Remote installation service includes phone assistance from a BHI technician or an authorized representative to assist you with configuring the SecureConnect® appliance at each store location. Our technician will walk you through the installation process each step of the way. |
